What if I am not home when the driver arrives?
We require a signature on delivery unless you provide written instructions for a safe place. You can add special instructions during checkout (e.g., 'leave with reception' or 'behind the gate'). For high-value items, a signature is mandatory.
Can you handle fragile or high-value items?
Yes. Our Elite and Critical tiers include white-glove handling with padded blankets, secure strapping, and trained couriers. We also offer full declared-value insurance up to £250,000 per shipment.
What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Critical-tier emergency deliveries are available 24/7 with advance notice. Sunday deliveries are available by special arrangement.
How is the distance calculated for my quote?
We calculate the straight-line (as-the-crow-flies) distance between postcodes and apply a 1.25× road factor to estimate actual driving distance. Final invoices are based on the actual route taken by the driver, but the difference is typically less than 5%.
Do you offer business accounts with invoicing?
Yes. We offer Net-15 and Net-30 billing for businesses with 50 or more shipments per month. Business accounts include a dedicated account manager, custom SLAs, volume discounts, and API access. Contact us to set one up.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made before the driver is dispatched receive a full refund. If the driver has already been dispatched, a £20 cancellation fee applies. For Distance Selling regulations, you have 14 days to cancel orders over £43, excluding bespoke items.
