1. Definitions
"Supplier" means KJ Logistics Ltd, 22 Crawshay Road, Tonypandy, CF40 1TD. "Customer" means any person who purchases Goods and Services from the Supplier. "Goods" means the articles specified in the booking. "Services" means the delivery services specified in the booking.
2. General
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of Goods and Services by the Supplier to the Customer and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the Customer. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the Customer's statutory rights as a Consumer.
3. The Order
All quotes remain valid for a period of 30 days. The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the quote by placing an order with the Supplier within this period. All orders for Goods and Services shall be deemed to be acceptance of the quote pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Price and Payment
The price for the Goods and Services is as specified in the quote and is inclusive of VAT and any applicable charges. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Title in the Goods shall not pass to the Customer until the Supplier has been paid in full.
5. Delivery
All deliveries are 'Economy' (3-5 working days from dispatch) unless Express, Elite, or Critical service is selected. Normal delivery times are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Free delivery exclusions apply to palletised items and chimney systems. Delivery is to mainland Wales, England, and Scotland only.
Consignments delivered via Pallet Courier are made to a kerbside location. Where access is restricted, this must be noted at checkout. A £20 redelivery charge applies if delivery fails due to access restrictions.
All goods must be checked on arrival and delivery paperwork signed. Damage must be reported to the delivery driver at the time of delivery, or in writing within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
To cancel or return an item, confirm in writing via email to orders@kjlogistics.com. Where Goods are faulty, notify us within 24 hours of delivery for replacement or full refund.
For Distance Selling (online and telephone sales), the Customer has up to 14 days to cancel from the date of delivery for orders totalling £43 or more. Bespoke or personalised items are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury. The Supplier shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage in excess of the price for the Goods and Services. The Supplier shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of profit.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations resulting from events outside reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, accidents, war, fire, or breakdown of plant or machinery.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
